Please be aware when working with our Excel Function that there is no other person working in the xyxle UI, this will cause errors and information will not be saved as per Excel import.
Create a new export file
You can create a new export file from Own Items -> Export my Items.
The new export creates different Excel files for different GPC segments(GPC segments).
For example, if you download data from the food sector, select the segment "Food / Beverages / Tobacco Products". Structure your Excel file by selecting the GPC segment to which your products belong. If you have items in your account that belong to different segments, you will need to repeat the process. Another segment also means another excel file.
Using the Export/Import function The comprehensive Export/Import function is available to all users with a paid subscription (Small/Starter or Premium). A limited version is available for all other users.
